Dear Sisters,

Greetings to you!

I just returned after my visit to the communities of Sri Lanka.  I was happy to meet all our sisters and see them, ready to make sacrifices and dedicate themselves with total commitment and love.  The vast development of the new Vocational training center at Urimpirai belonging to the Diocese of Jaffna in the Northern part of Sri Lanka is truly amazing. It was a great joy to meet 68 hostellers at Urimpirai and many among them are attending schools, and the other young girls are offered opportunities to enhance their future through tailoring, computer education, courses in beautician training and bakery. The Mission in Sri Lanka is ever growing. I am happy to convey to all of you special greetings from all our sisters in Sri Lanka.
