Thank you for your availability. I thank you for the presentation and the work accomplished by the Provincial Team. Yours is a big team, capable of moving mountains, work with the Provincial Council to accomplish greater things in the province. Thank you for the various animation works you carry out in the province and for your creative animation and your ability to change your animation according to the needs of the time. Your mission is very important because, you are called to assist the Provincial Council. Getting the direction from the province and you put them into practice according to the context and coordinate among yourselves. Co ordination for communion is to interweave relationship with networking. It is not merely a technique for communion but mentality for communion. Make the resources of each one to blossom and make it grow in relationship with one another. You may have meeting together and each one may have a plan in your mind. After the meeting you may carry on your own planning. We have to change our thinking. We have to think clearly to put together our competencies, ideas and have the mission as the centre. All of us have to converge towards this reality because mission is important.
The mission in Sri Lanka strengthens the missionary dimension in the world. This is beautiful on the part of the province. We can transmit what we are planning but we have to listen to their reality. We have to think of ways to accompany Sri Lanka. As a province study the possibilities how to make the journey. You can count on my prayers and my trust in you.
