In the first session of the recollection day at 9.30 a.m Fr.K.M.Jose, Provincial highlighted the importance of forming convictions and to be witnesses to the world around. In order to be new wine in the wineskins he said faith has to be strengthened and that will make the communities loving and joyful after the model of the first community of Mornese.
In the second talk Fr.K.M Jose enumerated the qualities necessary to become the new wine through a personal witness and living the beatitudes – the ‘Magna Carta’ of religious life. He suggested identifying the empty jars that need to be filled, the prospects of new challenges – reaching out to peripheries, primacy of service, educating to the right use of media and loving accompaniment of young people.
